How to prepare

All classes are practiced barefoot. Bring a mat, hand towel, and water for each class. All are available for rent or purchase.

How to get there

Located on the corner of Laurel Street at Brittan Avenue. Parking lot is available. Please be sure to park in spaces designated for Clients/Patients of 1100/1400 Laurel.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
