How to prepare

Bring a yoga mat and towel and reusable water bottle. If you need to rent a mat or towel we can supply to you a the cost of $2 per mat and $2 per towel. Complimentary water is available as well as bottled water for $2.

How to get there

All classes take place at The Pad Studios at 1694 Union Street. We are located at the corner of Union and Gough, in the bustling Cow Hollow neighborhood. If you are traveling by bus the 45, 47, and 49 lines drop off nearby. If you are traveling by car, Union Street parking is all metered. Travel North or South of Union for 2-hour parking (Monday-Friday). Allow yourself extra time to find parking!

She explained me how the machine works and was consistently checking out whether I was doing ok or I needed extra hand. She is so positive and professional! I’d highly recommend visiting this class. What is ClassPass?
