How to prepare

ID is required for check-in. Group Fitness classes - arrive at least 15 mins early to claim your spot. 14 mins before class, Crunch will start releasing non-checked in spots to waitlisted members. Gym time - check in as early as 15 mins early. Bring spin shoes for cycling class. Users can also wear sneakers to spin as all bikes have cages. Bring a lock to store belongings. This class was taught by a sub - I gave it five stars so it wouldnt affect Alicias rating since she is always awesome. The sub was not outstanding, though: very low-key and repetitive, not even close to the energetic cardio Im used to getting with Alicia.

this class is pretty solid and consistently challenging. Hes not recreating the wheel w the exercises but theres dynamic movement and motivation from those around you
Flow Yoga with May
May was the best super knowledgeable on posture & alignment! The class was well sequenced and modifications were provided for those seeking more of a strength or flexibility based class. She explained the importance of mobility for overall wellness & health. A gem of a teacher highly recommend!

Great class but I was pacing myself and before I knew it the class was over without me breaking too much of a sweat. Tip: go all out from the start, it's only 25 min plus cool-down.

We had a sub - Pam - she typically teaches at the Crunch gym on Union, and she was great! Helpful without interrupting the flow, worked on a lot of different things, I felt challenged in the class but left feeling relaxed.

What is ClassPass?
