How to prepare

ID is required for check-in. Group Fitness classes - arrive at least 15 mins early to claim your spot. 14 mins before class, Crunch will start releasing non-checked in spots to waitlisted members. Gym time - check in as early as 15 mins early. Bring spin shoes for cycling class. Users can also wear sneakers to spin as all bikes have cages. Bring a lock to store belongings. Gym Time
Convenient gym and friendly staff but theyre doing major steel work in the gym and the sound of drilling and steel work is quite prominent.
Ripped Ride with Lee
IMPORTANT NOTE: this was NOT Ripped Ride with Lee. There was a sub who started the class by saying we are not doing ripped ride. Instead, she did a HIT spin class which would have been fine if thats what you were looking for (aside from music being too loud and the screams into the mic). I love Lees class so this was a major disappointment. I get that sometimes there will be a sub, but at least try to stick to the class description.
Ass & Abs with Troy
This class is not suitable for beginners or someone who is just willing to exercise to stay in shape. This class is a very intense work out for people who want to gain muscles. Lots of exercises with weights that are repeated over and over again for an hour. You wont have a break until the very end. Just 1-minute stretch after. I will definitely be sore tomorrow which means its working but this kind of work it doesnt make me come back. It was stressful and I want to enjoy my work outs.
ZUMBA® with Alicia
Best ZUMBA class Ive been too! The instructor has amazing energy, REALLY enjoyed it.

Nice gym but missing some equipment and is a bit small. I was looking for back extension, low row, and calf raise equipment.
The Ride with Katina
Small class. This was great for my first intro to cycling with lots of one on one instructor time. Very motivating.
ZUMBA® with Alicia
Alicia is AMAZING! Great sweat, good for all levels!
Gym Time
Front desk was nice. Lots of construction going on in the main lobby. Facilities seemed dirty and you need to bring your own lock for their lockers.
XPOLE with Elyse
Elise was such a great teacher - she catered to each student's needs and abilities. She offered great tips to build proper technique. Also loved the latin music playlist!
