How to prepare

ID is required for check-in. Group Fitness classes - arrive at least 15 mins early to claim your spot. 14 mins before class, Crunch will start releasing non-checked in spots to waitlisted members. Gym time - check in as early as 15 mins early. Bring spin shoes for cycling class. Users can also wear sneakers to spin as all bikes have cages. Bring a lock to store belongings. Instructors are subject to change. For the latest instructor info please check Crunch.com or call the club directly.

Vinyasa Yoga with Veda
Vedas vinyasa class is great with clear instructions, good sequencing and nice music. Provides good suggestions for modifications for all levels. Overall great workout and that sweat was worth it.

Excellent beginners class. I find its a great way to start the week. Kristen did a nice job offering corrections.
Vinyasa Yoga with Veda
I loved Vedas class at Crunch. I liked her instructions and sequences. It was easy to follow along and practice at the class. Also an added bonus you get to see how to do those poses as Veda demonstrated some. As a beginner I felt very comfortable, welcomed, and challenged. The class is well structured for all levels. As a runner I got good stretches during the class.
Training Day with Garrett
Not as advertised. Only ropes were jump ropes. No kettlebells. No TRX. Too many stations with not enough time.
ZUMBA® with Laura
Laura did not actually teach Zumba. It was some weird cardio class that involved weights and no physical exertion.
Gym Time
Gym closes at 8 even though I had booked for 2 hours at 7pm. Shouldnt be an option to book at 7 if youre only given an hour to workout, very unfair and misleading.

What is ClassPass?
