How to prepare

ID is required for check-in. Group Fitness classes - arrive at least 15 mins early to claim your spot. 14 mins before class, Crunch will start releasing non-checked in spots to waitlisted members. Gym time - check in as early as 15 mins early. Bring spin shoes for cycling class. Users can also wear sneakers to spin as all bikes have cages. Bring a lock to store belongings. Instructors are subject to change. For the latest instructor info please check Crunch.com or call the club directly.

Vinyasa Yoga with Chris
Really didnt enjoy this instructors style. He was really agressive and discouraging. It didnt feel like yoga IMHO. I go to 4-5 classes a week at various studios in bay and classes are usually guided with optimism and encouragment.
Gym Time
Gym staff was very rude and dismissive. Would not even look me in the eye at check in and just handed up a scanner - not realizing I wasnt a normal gym member.

Barre Bootcamp with Gabriella
I enjoy instructors because they help change up my workout, but this felt like something I couldve done on my own. If youre looking for a barre heavy class, we were only at the bar for 5 minutes. I definitely still appreciated the workout and the teacher was cool, but I wasnt completely satisfied.

Today was a substitute teacher and it was not a good class. I didnt feel like I got a workout, and frustrated that it was 7 credits to take this class.
