Instructor was good but the bikes are pretty awful, especially if you don’t have spin shoes.

Killer X Training with Ben
With how the class is structured and how the instructor gives instructions, it really emphasized going through the sets quickly, rather than correctly, with the right form. He will lay out all the instructions at the beginning of the set and it's really hard to remember everything. Maybe if there was a big whiteboard or something that would help. And then it's go at your own pace style, but he really pushes the class to go quickly and it's really apparent when the you're the last one to finish so you will feel pressured to rush your movements, or just skip reps, so you're keeping up with everyone else in the room. You're probably going to sweat a lot and feel sore the next day, but you're not going to get stronger and you definitely will feel stressed out all class, especially if you're newer to some of the movements. (I'm someone who goes to a lot of classes and even I felt anxious and lost the entire class.)
Ass & Abs with Jorge
The workout itself was great! The instructor though did not give much guidance to beginners so you are kind of on your own to figure it out and it was really hard to understand what the instructor was saying because it was so loud. Would try the class again though.
Pilates Sculpt with Lysee
I loved this class and the teacher! So good
Chisel with Andre
Wish I had more adjustments / corrections but otherwise awesome
The Ride with Dan
The instructor wasn’t prepared for class, music choice wasn’t my favorite, and I didn’t like the flow of class. Bikes are old, needs updating, I won’t be taking this class again
Vinyasa Yoga with Shirish
Good workout and flow!
Gym Time
The trainers were nice and it had basic gym equipment. The weight lifting area is definitely intimidating if you are a woman. I wish they had more room to do standing cardio.
