How to prepare

ID is required for check-in. Group Fitness classes - arrive at least 15 mins early to claim your spot. 14 mins before class, Crunch will start releasing non-checked in spots to waitlisted members. Gym time - check in as early as 15 mins early. Bring spin shoes for cycling class. Users can also wear sneakers to spin as all bikes have cages. Bring a lock to store belongings. Instructors are subject to change. For the latest instructor info please check Crunch.com or call the club directly.

That was a joke of a class. I dont know if the instructor has had any training in proper spin technique or drills. At the beginning of class she was telling people to set up their bikes incorrectly and in a way that could injure them. Also she was telling us to be in a hill but have a cadence of 120 rpms. That is ridiculous.

HIIT THE ROAD with Markus
Instructor really nice. However, very inefficient as we had to hit the computer every 5 seconds when it would go dark. You want to be able to track your RPMs throughout but cant do unless you constantly turn the computer light back on. Also instructors instructions were not clear enough. For example, what is 1 - he said that often. 1%, 1/10, something else?

Cool looking gym, looks like a theater converted into a gym with the cool architecture. Tight spaces though but u can find little nooks to do your own exercises.
