Intro to Dance and Ballet with Sally
Great class for those who have never taken ballet (like me). This is a class you should take if you'd like to learn the fundementals of ballet. There's a lot of emphasis on perfecting your alignment and positioning in each move rather than giving you a hardcore workout. I'm sure ballet involves more strength and endurance as you advance to the more difficult classes.
Rhythm & Motion with Dudley
Dudley is a kind, energetic, fun teacher!
Int./Adv. Contemporary Jazz with Kelsey
Very good class, Kelsey was great even though I was more on the intermediate side rather than advanced.
Beginning Jazz with Suzy
Super fun, engaging class for beginners and those returning to dance after a long break. Wear socks or dance shoes, it was difficult in bare feet.
Beginning Jazz with Suzy
Suzy's class was so much fun! She's very enthusiastic and great at providing critiques in an easy to understand way.
Pilates for Dancers with Christina
Amazingly educational!
Beginning Hip Hop with Kyle
Kyle is amazing but its a little too crowded
Basic Ballet with Sally
I loved it. The instructor was super nice and it was great to go back to ballet classes after such a long time!
Intro to Dance and Ballet with Sally
I have 0 experience in ballet. Pretty easy to keep up, light hearted class, you dont get corrected on form unless youre right next to the teacher. Socks were completely fine. Room was pretty stuffy so tank top/T-shirt is best. I wouldnt consider this a workout but rather an approachable way to try something completely new.
Afro-Haitian-Folkloric Dance with Laure
Great drumming, great instruction.
