About this studio
Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga is a powerful, energetic and playful style has a strong emphasis on breath and allows beginners, intermediate and advanced students to be challenged in the same class. The room is heated to 90 degrees to help cleanse the body and warm the muscles. Baptiste Power Yoga will tone, strengthen and rinse your body, clear your mind and leave you with a sense of accomplishment and empowerment. The dynamic mix of sweat and spirit that is cultivated in a Power Yoga class will challenge you to step up to your edge, and unlock your hidden potential for achieving authentic personal power and living an extraordinary life. The studio is located in the Presidio and has ample parking. The space itself is spacious and tastefully decorated and has showers.

How to prepare
The studio is warm and the classes are challenging. Bring plenty of water, a mat and a towel. And don't worry. If you don't have all that; they do. Drop-in and membership pricing includes mat rental and they have towels for showering and practicing to rent. There is filtered water in the restrooms and bottled water, Kombucha and coconut water available to purchase.
How to get there
They are located at 38 Mesa Street in the Presidio of San Francisco (Thats bldg. 38 located between the Bay School and the Film Center). Look for their sign and go through the double doors downstairs. There is plenty of permit parking located throughout.
