How to get there

This studio is located in a church! It is very important to arrive on time. If you arrive late and are not present when the instructor begins the session, your space may be given to a standby client. There is no grace period in this situation. Once class has started and your space has been given away, it is too disruptive to ask the drop-in client to get off the machine. To avoid this situation, please arrive at least 10 minutes before class. Refer to our FAQ section for more detail on our late arrival policy and other helpful info.

Great instructor! Excellent arm workout.
CORE40 Full Body [NEW CLASS TIME!] with Leigh
Leigh is SO sweet and encouraging yelling out phrases, gorgeous, & beautiful! Really recommend her for a foundation or beginners class as she hits every part of the body.
CORE40 Full Body with Leslie
it's a bit gross that the instructors wear their shoes on the equipment. good workout though - very well planned
CORE40 Full Body [NEW CLASS TIME!] with Celeste
Instructor not motivating and not tough like other classes!
CORE40 Full Body with Leigh
About my 4th Core40 class and still not sold on this workout, especially as a beginner. Not a lot of direction on form and felt very lost at times, bending my body in ways I was scared I would injure myself. Would be nice for the instructor to keep an eye on people and help when they may be struggling.
CORE40 Full Body with Julie
Excellent!
CORE40 Full Body [NEW CLASS TIME!] with Nicol
This was such a hard work out! Definitely had my butt kicked. Just make sure you show up a couple minutes early because they start right at the time allotted because they have little wiggle room between classes.
CORE40 Foundation with Allison
Would have loved more breakdown to give a better foundation of the class but great class otherwise. Challenging for a first timer.
CORE40 Full Body with Allison
Probably my least favorite instructor. She must be so used to having regulars in her class that her cues were not very clear and instructions were lacking. Weight was very heavy for one or two exercises that were hard to modify or take a break from. But sure, it was a good, if frustrating workout.
CORE40 Full Body with Allison
Really amazing workout! Everything hurts but in that way that feels great. I do feel like the teacher needs to be more articulate and clear especially for first-time students. For example move your foot forward on a reformer is hard to understand. What she meant was move your foot over the platform and onto the floor. There was a lot of time spent figuring out what the next posture should be.
