About this studio

We think you will adore our 5-star studio that offers energetic group Pilates on Reformers and Towers. Mighty Pilates incorporates the great foundations of Classical Pilates, while upping the intensity factor for an inspired, invigorating workout. They offer a huge schedule of classes – from Foundations classes for Pilates newbies to Power Pilates for fit Pilates gurus. They even have Booty and Core classes and Happy Hour Pilates that ends with a toast! Come join this loyal community that has been with us for over 8 years and loves the beautiful, fun studio. How to prepare

Wear comfortable workout clothes that you feel OK sweating in. You don’t have to wear shoes or socks, although you can wear grip socks if it is more comfortable. They have chiller water for you if you want to bring a bottle. They also have small towels, tea and toiletries at the studio. They have cool lemon, lavender, eucalyptus towels for after class. They offer Mighty Foundations classes if you are new to Pilates. They ask that all client have taken at least 3 Pilates reformer classes or Privates before jumping into other classes.

How to get there

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to fill out a waiver if it is your first Mighty Pilates class. Parking can be tricky so give yourself plenty of time.

Very beginner class (not great for someone who has done Pilates even a handful of times), but good instructor!

First time taking Kathleen’s class. Really loved her flow and mix of choreography. Subtle yet deep work out! The only thing lacking was hands on corrections. I always appreciate when instructors correct my form!
Mighty Mix: Reformer & Tower with Cara
The instructor seemed annoyed that no one had requests, then had us do rather challenging moves.

Very disappointed by the lack of core work. This class is normally a really intense workout but today felt so easy and not targeted to booty and core at all...more arms than anything else

Mighty Mix: Reformer & Tower with Amelia
Amelia was fabulous! I hadn’t done tower in a while, and she gave me some personal attention and a few corrections to get me back in the groove. Class was fun, and felt strong afterwards! Would definitely come again!

I thought Katies class was super fun and had some challenging moves. I was sweating and loved having a glass of champagne after class.
