Mighty Pilates incorporates the great foundations of Classical Pilates, while upping the intensity factor for an inspired, invigorating workout. They offer a huge schedule of classes – from Foundations classes for Pilates newbies to Power Pilates for fit Pilates gurus. How to prepare
Wear comfortable workout clothes that you feel OK sweating in. You don’t have to wear shoes or socks, although you can wear grip socks if it is more comfortable. They have chiller water for you if you want to bring a bottle. They also have small towels, tea and toiletries at the studio. They have cool lemon, lavender, eucalyptus towels for after class. They offer Mighty Foundations classes if you are new to Pilates. They ask that all client have taken at least 3 Pilates reformer classes or Privates before jumping into other classes.
How to get there
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to fill out a waiver if it is your first Mighty Pilates class. Parking can be tricky so give yourself plenty of time.
