One-hour TRX Circuit Training Classes and one-hour non-contact Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced boxing classes are designed to help you shed pounds, strengthen core, boost cardio and have fun while doing it!

How to prepare

No equipment necessary for TRX. Boxing classes: we are happy to give out loaner gloves and jump ropes for Boxing classes, but you need to provide your own hand wraps. Hand wraps are available for purchase at the gym. We offer complimentary towel service.

TRX Circuit Training with Trishala
Awesome and challenging class! It was more circuit/boot camp style than TRX, but incorporated cardio, kettlebells, free weights, in addition to TRX. Ill definitely take it again, great workout!

The class was poorly run. I couldn't hear most of what the instructor was saying throughout the entire class. He also had to modify his circuit because he didn't realize there'd be such a big turnout...but all he had to do was check the signup list. That was just careless and laziness on his end. Also, we spent half the time running laps. I did not pay for the class to do something that I can on my own that's completely free.

The class itself is great if you want challenging HIIT but if you arent looking for a TRX this isnt a good choice. We did only 2 workouts on TRX from the entire session.
Intermediate Boxing with Nia
Nias class is amazing! She makes sure you get a good technique practice and cardio at the same time.
