One-hour TRX Circuit Training Classes and one-hour non-contact Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced boxing classes are designed to help you shed pounds, strengthen core, boost cardio and have fun while doing it!

How to prepare

No equipment necessary for TRX. Boxing classes: we are happy to give out loaner gloves and jump ropes for Boxing classes, but you need to provide your own hand wraps. Hand wraps are available for purchase at the gym. We offer complimentary towel service.

Nia is upbeat and energetic. Her instruction is clear and perfect. The class gets crowded so it can be hectic to manage and she does a pretty good job. Some of the weight options were not ideal based on what the studio has available and equipment with the lower weights seems limited. I try to Never sacrifice form for a little bit heavier weight!

if you're already familiar with many fitness/weighted moves, this class serves up a good structured workout! if you're new to fitness, might want to try something more basic before jumping into this since the class tends to be quite large and the instructor might not be available to walk you through each exercise

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
