About this studio

BODYROK delivers high-intensity pilates classes and heart-pumping, rhythm based indoor cycling classes. Our SCULPT FULL BODY classes are taught on custom built reformers that tone, sculpt and redefine your body. Our POWER CYCLE classes are taught on top of the line Stages bikes and are designed to burn maximum calories. If you are new to BODYROK Sculpt or POWER CYCLE, please arrive at least 10 minutes early to check in and be introduced to the equipment or set up your bike. No late entry will be allowed to: 1. First time Sculpt clients 2. All Power Cycle classes

How to prepare

If you are new to BodyRok, you must arrive at least 10 minutes early to check-in and be introduced to the equipment. For cycling classes, please wear shoes with SPD clips or regular sneakers. Please bring water for class. If you prefer to purchase water at the studio, you will need to have a credit card on hand (cash will not be accepted).

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
