How to prepare

If you are new to BodyRok, you must arrive at least 10 minutes early to check-in and be introduced to the equipment. For cycling classes, please wear shoes with SPD clips or regular sneakers. Please bring water for class. If you prefer to purchase water at the studio, you will need to have a credit card on hand (cash will not be accepted).

Hailey was energetic and really got me motivated to push through a tougher workout. We did focus a little to much on one side which made me feel a little off balanced after- overall would recommend. One of the better bodyrok classes I’ve taken !

Omg this class was so hard on my glutes and abs. Too hard to be honest, I don’t think I’ll take this class again simply because I wanted more Pilates.. this felt more like an intense Pilates but at the same time not traditional Pilates which is what I was looking for. I was exhausted after the first plank LOL. I think the class should incorporate more rest and stretching. The instructor was awesome though! Go for it if you’re looking for a challenging core class.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
