How to prepare

If you are new to BodyRok, you must arrive at least 10 minutes early to check-in and be introduced to the equipment. For cycling classes, please wear shoes with SPD clips or regular sneakers. Please bring water for class. If you prefer to purchase water at the studio, you will need to have a credit card on hand (cash will not be accepted).

A workout like this seems more of a fad than being sustainable. The carriage machines seemed cool at first but pretty disorienting (and could be unsafe) for first timers. The instructor wasnt using a machine so it was hard to tell if you have good form or not. She was also pretty passive-aggressive in helping and guiding you and didnt display a lot of energy. It was hard to hear the instructions with the music playing as well. The exercise moves were normal, but they were floor exercises just put on this machine; I didnt see or feel the value add of doing this on machines. I left pretty disappointed after 40 mins.

Maggie was an okay instructor. Ive taken body rok before and loved it but Maggies class was just ok. I felt like some of her moves were too difficult to do and her voice was very monotone, it wasnt very motivating.

What is ClassPass?
