BODYROK delivers high-intensity pilates classes and heart-pumping, rhythm based indoor cycling classes. Our SCULPT FULL BODY classes are taught on custom built reformers that tone, sculpt and redefine your body. Our POWER CYCLE classes are taught on top of the line Stages bikes and are designed to burn maximum calories

How to prepare

If you are new to BodyRok, you must arrive at least 10 minutes early to check-in and be introduced to the equipment. For cycling classes, please wear shoes with SPD clips or regular sneakers. Please bring water for class. If you prefer to purchase water at the studio, you will need to have a credit card on hand (cash will not be accepted).

class felt so slow and moves were all way too hard

Great workout. Great instructor! The guy at the front desk, however, seemed annoyed that wasn't aware of the process and having registered via Classpass, failed to tell me I could use regular shoes for spin. Then didn't bother to tell me to pick a bike with non-clip ins. It just made for an experience that was a little awkward and off-putting than most studios I've been to.

If felt like the lights were off for most of the class. ???? And the fans were off. Like working out in a dark, stuffy closet. It’s fine for a little bit until you realize you can’t see much going on up front and you can’t waive down the instructor to ask for the fans to be turned on.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
