Power Yoga with Olivia
The teacher is not really a teacher. Just someone who did some ballet and personal and occasional yoga. No flow to the class. Changes her mind and gets confused about what to do next. A nice lady, but better suited as a student in a class, then leading one!
Power Yoga with Danielle
The content of the class was good, but the teacher did not come around to check alignment or offer modifications.
Power Yoga with Michelle
Id like this class to have some changes but it had great potential and also was hoping it was a Pilates yoga integration on the reformers. If its yoga, I dont want to have to wear socks. I also want to know the floor is clean. And the air was blowing on me the entire time. The instructor was friendly and energetic but I would like to see more hands on assistance or at the very least verbally helping out those who are incorrectly performing poses etc.
Power Yoga with Michelle
Super easy. Did not break a sweat. Not really worth 8 points.
Power Yoga with Danielle
Socks required.

This was the first time I took this class and it kicked my butt! Fast paced but modifiable for all levels. I really felt like I got a good workout.
