Super fun class and instructor!!
Latin Dance Grooves with Elizabeth
A lot of footwork! Otherwise good.
Latin Dance Grooves with Elizabeth
The instructor was great and totally made me feel comfortable since it was my first class with her. However, this class definitely isnt for beginners. You need a Latin dance background plus be able to follow choreography, since she talked through the counts once and then you just have to keep up through the song. I worked up a good sweat tho!

Her smile is so infectious! It was my first class and I was terrible, but somehow she made me smile. Class was upbeat, fun, and welcoming to beginners like me. I sweated a ton.
Latin Dance Grooves with Stella
Such a fun class!! (We had a sub.) Could see it being difficult for beginners.
Latin Dance Grooves with Elizabeth
Fun Latin dance grooves. Starts with straightforward patterns and progresses towards fun intricate ones by the end of class. Elizabeth's energy is infectious!
Latin Dance Grooves with Aliyah
Sooooo fun!!! I felt so free :) Ali was subbing the class and she brought in a lot of elements from the Caribbeans and Haitian culture -- couldn't stop smiling
Latin Dance Grooves with Tika
Really well taught with emphasis on what the words mean and how the movement works
Latin Dance Grooves with Tika
One of my favorite dance classes I've ever taken! Tika broke down the steps in an easy to understand way, and spent time explaining the context and history behind the moves so that you could bring even more into it. Fun, energizing, inspiring!
Latin Dance Grooves with Stella
Very fun. Starts with warm-up and core work. Go through different styles and then learned choreography which to me was pretty simple to learn, I'd think good for all levels
