How to prepare

Bring a water bottle and proper shoes. Bike parking available outdoors - please bring a lock! Arrive 5-10 minutes early to check in, meet the instructor and get settled.

How to get there

We are on the Corner of Church and Day St. Directly across from TOAST The J Church Muni line drops off 1/2 a lock from the studio and the 24 Divisadero bus drops off 1 block away.

Good workout, friendly teacher but too many people in the class to get help with form. Despite the number of people, it was really well organized and laid out and a surprisingly taxing work out for a 45 minute class

Workout was decent. Instructor could have been more engaged and focused with the group. Timing seemed off and miscounted. Some things seemed rushed through. Decent sweat but not as motivating as some other classes.
