How to prepare

Bring a water bottle and proper shoes. Bike parking available outdoors - please bring a lock! Arrive 5-10 minutes early to check in, meet the instructor and get settled.

How to get there

We are on the Corner of Church and Day St. Directly across from TOAST The J Church Muni line drops off 1/2 a lock from the studio and the 24 Divisadero bus drops off 1 block away.

What an amazing workout!! I was anticipating not being able to do half the moves, but turns out you can modify the difficulty by simply stepping further or closer to the anchor point. For someone that’s not good at push-ups or pull-ups, this class was the perfect training mechanism to finally get the real moves!! Also help me figure out which part of my body is the weakest, and I can’t wait keep training them in order to get the moves down packed!!!

Good work out but the cycling instructor didnt show up so our instructor had to run back and forth between the two classes. She did a good job considering the circumstances but it could of been better.

Its a great class IF you are familiar with TRX. He was more engaged with his regulars and not so much with newbies like me. The instructions given for each move were good but for those who need more for the multi step moves it was hard to follow along. So I am the type of learner that needs more than a 30 second how to instructions. I can tell that if I became a regular familiar face my experience would be different. He is very energetic and motivating but at this point in my fitness journey I need more instructions and corrections for proper form and to avoid injury.

It is a great intro to TRX workouts. The class is small and intimate so the instructor has the ability to correct form and assist with adjust the straps. I definitely got a good sweat in and will go back! As a runner, it was a great cross training workout.

Good workout, friendly teacher but too many people in the class to get help with form. Despite the number of people, it was really well organized and laid out and a surprisingly taxing work out for a 45 minute class
