Total Body Burn with Kimmie
Kimmie is awesome. After just one class, I feel stronger and more capable. My left knee doesnt feel so weak anymore.
Total Body Burn with Kimmie
I specifically come to this location for Kimmies class. This is my 6th class with her, and my stamina has increased tenfold. I highly recommend this class for anyone one, open to every level. Kimmie is very motivating, takes the time to help you with form, and connects with each person in class. 10/10 class. Be prepared to do a a total of 3 hit circuits, back to back, with short breaks in between. Its challenging, and the routines are different every class.
Beginner Boxing 1 with Alan
