Tough Love with Paul
Required boxing gloves for second half which I didn’t have...

Coach seemed distracted today. Felt like I needed a workout after this workout. Typically he is pretty good. I would have preferred more Cardio and less rests between exercises. Annoying when teacher forgets the number of sets and doesn’t set adequate expectations.
Tough Love with Adrian
