How to prepare

Please show up at least 10 minutes prior to class. Most CorePower Yoga studios will close the doors at the start of class because the instructors who check users in must teach, so you may risk getting locked out. Also, don’t forget your mat, towel and water! In case you forget, CorePower Yoga studios offer mat and towel rentals and bottles of water for purchase.

Anna is a friendly and lively instructor who promotes positive energy throughout her class. She does a great job of adapting to the needs of her class, praising self-corrections, and offering cues/adjustments when necessary. As a yoga novice, I found the experience approachable yet challenging. I highly recommend this class, particularly with Anna!

Didn’t flow well and a bit disorganized. Music wasn’t great. Class too full.

Instructor mixed up instructions several times. Definitely less of a workout without heat. That said, still was a little sore the next day.

Julia is my favorite! Her classes are high energy, positive and challenging!

Class was too crowded. Not as energetic as the other sculpt classes I have been to. Looking forward to the heat coming back.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
