see all reviewsCourtney’s energy is infectious! It’s close to a miracle to get me to voluntarily wake up at 7am for a workout…let alone enjoy it, but ya girl carries meeee! She’s also so sweet and makes a point to get to know her clients names after class, which I so appreciate! Mad love for Courtney.

see all reviewsSuch a fun workout, it went by in a flash. Experienced boxers might be a little annoyed at the slow lesson on punches in the beginning, but it didn’t take up too much time. Squeaky clean studio with nice amenities.

see all reviewsLoved this class! The instructor was fantastic. Favorite yoga class I’ve taken from any ClassPass studio so far. I appreciated that the instructor continually encouraged folx to listen to their bodies. Also LOVED that there was a solid 10 minutes of stretching/cooldown/savasana, which most yoga classes try to cram into one minute.

see all reviewsAndre (for Tues noon class) was attentive, motivating, and upbeat, per usual. The workout itself was great for working all the major muscle groups, in addition to challenging balance and stability. He's definitely become one of my favorite instructors!

see all reviewsTony is a fantastic instructor who has a surgeon-like precise attention to form. Even in a class with many students, he makes many individual adjustments. As other have noted, his style of teaching is a unique counterpoint to the typical hippie-dippy "find your center" and "loving kindness" approach to yoga. There is a place for both, but if you want to emphasize improving your physical capabilities, Tony's class has a lot to offer.

see all reviewsI've been to many different circuit training and HIIT studios around the world but this is the only studio I know that incorporates jump rope. Believe it or not this was the hardest! It was easy when I was a kid but as an adult it was awkward getting back into it and hard to continue jumping ropes!!

see all reviewsAmazing class! It is one of my favorite in SF. Outdoor amazing place. Angela is great coach, she has the best energy and she helps you to push yourself. The class is not easy but every one could do at his own pace, own weights. I really love this mix of HIIT and strength circuit! #ClassPassInsider

see all reviewsI had been to this studio under previous ownership and I don't care for the front section of the space so I was relieved this class was in the larger back area of the studio. The person at the front desk was welcoming, Denis immediately introduced himself, and another instructor who was using the space before we got started also introduced himself. The 2 dogs milling around the studio didn't seem to care about me one way or another but I tried not to take it personally. ;) Denis was a great instructor. He knew everyone's name, gave consistent positive feedback, and helped everyone with their form. It was a challenging class but I left feeling accomplished because of the positive environment.

see all reviewsTammy is a great instructor who adapts to a wide range of levels. She makes a point to offer individualized feedback to everyone, and to create a welcoming atmosphere. SFBC has built up a nice community of regulars. I like that there’s often an assistant coach. Plus, the location in GGP is great, it’s nice to train outdoors in fresh air.

see all reviewsClass is done barefoot in a spacious padded room. Bring your own wraps and gloves, or buy/rent a set from them. Lots of emphasis on correct form for the beginner class, which I really appreciated. We learned the six basic punches and a kick. Music was a little too loud at times to hear instructors.
