Kundalini Yoga For The Present Moment with Dayani Waas
see all reviewsDayani was such a warm, welcoming and knowledgeable instructor. She greeted us at the door, explained the details of kundalini well, and created an awesome sequence. Loved her playlist too! Afterwards, she offered tea for anyone interested and we had a lovely time chatting and getting to know others. I am definitely coming again to her class! 100% would recommend.

see all reviewsI love this class and studio but they really need to air it out a little in between classes, or at least open the front door for 5 minutes. Sometimes the air is so moist and thick you can taste the sweat of others which is kind of gnarly, especially if it's the last class of the day (which I like to attend because it works best for my schedule). I realize it's a hot yoga place and that presents certain challenges, but I go to many other hot studios in the city that don't have this same issue. Aside from that issue, I love the studio and all of the teachers I've had.

see all reviewsBerenice was very good at explaining yoga for absolute beginners! The space is gorgeous and clean too. I just wish something could've been done about the strong sunlight through the window, I felt like I was being cooked in the studio.

see all reviewsThe instructor, Emily, was soft spoken and not super clear about instructions. The group was small, 5 of us, with only 2 having any aerial experience. We did a lot of stretching and warming up -- which was good and much needed. We tried silks, the ring and the hammock. The class was a good workout and gave me a good idea of what I need to do to prepare if I want to continue learning aerial arts.

see all reviewsThis is great for folks who like slightly gentler yoga. It’s very salutary (healthful) for the body and connective tissue. It’s not the class for someone who wants a sweaty calorie burning experience.
