see all reviewsShe was great. I was running late and called and she was gracious to still let me come in. I really needed this class and her kindness was felt. Very hot class and not for beginners but she’s a good teacher. And will return.

see all reviewsWhat a special first practice with Jenny. I felt so welcomed in her class and appreciated her immediate warmth. Jenny had us do a few modified positions to better understand how the muscles and body connection should feel in more traditional poses, and I have to say, it was a wonderful way to deepen my holds, as well as understand how poses should REALLY feel. I particularly appreciated her attention to hip openers and slowing down towards the end of our practice. I ended up crying in savasana - a clear indication I felt safe in her class & really allowed myself to dig into the mind-body-soul connection. Highly recommend her class!

see all reviewsI loved this class! It was peaceful and serene in the Cathedral without any loud music playing or not being able to hear the instructor (which is what most places in the Bay have for a yoga studio). Amy and the rest of the class were super sweet.

see all reviewsKarla was great! The classes are no bigger than 6 people so she's able to tailor to everyone's personal needs and does a wonderful job with adjustments and using props when needed. The class is more foundational, which I think is great if you need to focus on form, and movement with breath work - which I always find a refresher is needed every once in a while. The lower body work is always challenging to me in any case lol. Additionally, the workers at this gym are exceptionally nice to boot. My partner and I will definitely be coming back!!

see all reviewsVandita was absolutely amazing! She fixed our poses and guided us through a really great stretch and good work out! She didn’t go too fast to where I could keep up with her! I loved the meditation at the end, she took us on a spiritual journey and I loved it so much! Also I loved the building they’re in! So historical and beautiful! Coming back soon!

see all reviewsI had an unusually small class according to Armando and I got to go slower because of it. I am grateful as I probably would have been intimidated out of doing most of it. Anti-gravity yoga is no joke, it requires a lot of core strength -- which I do not have much of, but it was still really fun. I was able to mostly keep up with about 4 months of mostly yin yoga experience ALL WHILE NOT TOUCHING THE FLOOR. The class is really great for releasing tension in the hips and back, I cracked a bunch both while doing the poses and after. When you do return to the floor, your body feels so different. I would highly recommend this class to anyone looking for an entirely unique yoga experience all while pushing your practice to new heights (pun intended).
