About this class

If you want to improve your bendability, then this is the class for you! You will work on flexibility by warming up your cores, moving through both a hip flexors and legs series to improve side and middle splits. You'll then spend time twisting and bending our spines to strengthen our back bends!

How to prepare

Bring booty shorts for pole classes and leggings for flexibility and aerial classes. We are located in suite 225 and to enter, you must dial 121 on the callbox outside the front door to be buzzed up to studio.

How to get there

Please note that the front door for the studio is on 8th street, next to California Carpets. There is a call box on the front door. Please dial 121# to be called up to the studio. They are located on the second floor in Suite 225.

What is ClassPass?
