About this class

Our HIIT + Strength class will give you a little taste of everything! HIIT can be described as brief, intermittent bouts of exercise, often performed with an “all out” effort. Our Strength and Conditioning coaches will also coach you through proper lifting technique during the strength portion and will challenge you to make some strength gains! This class is fun and intense, and can be modified to accommodate all levels. Benefits: Increased strength, muscle growth, fat loss, cardiovascular conditioning, increased metabolism Equipment Used: Dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX, treadmill, battle ropes, medicine balls, sandbags

What is ClassPass?
