If you have been doing yoga for a while, this may be a bit slow for you. But good beginner class nonetheless
Candlelit Restorative w/ Music with Kristina
Not exactly what I was looking for, but class was run well and is great for helping to clear your mind in a peaceful setting.
Vinyasa Flow 2-3 w/ Music with Paria
Really tough yoga class. Not for beginners
Heated Lunch Flow 2 w/ Music with Kristi
Kristi was great! She was energetic and fun, with a class that pushed us to reach further and work harder, all the while keeping us in check to listen to our own bodies. She gave recommendations and alterations the entire class to allow for all levels to participate.
Heated Lunch Flow 2 w/ Music with Kristi
Kristi is my favorite yoga instructor! So glad to see she is practicing at Yogaworks Palo Alto!
Vinyasa Flow 2-3 w/ Music with Ashley
fantastic, peaceful and, rejuvenating
Iyengar Yoga 1 with Richard
Very slow, more about relaxing than strength and stretching in my opinion. Might be more suitable for beginners or seniors.
Vinyasa Flow + Restorative w/ Music with Christine
can do without chanting
Iyengar Yoga 1-2 with John
Class is more about technical instruction. The instructor was great about demos and correcting form. Come prepared to learn!
Vinyasa Flow + Restorative w/ Music with Christine
Really enjoyed getting my blood moving with the flow part and still had plenty of time for restorative poses. All of the chanting and singing isn’t my personal preference but still used that time for stretching and relaxing.
