    Tread Bootcamp

Similar to Orangetheory Fitness or Barry’s where the class was a combo of treadmill workout upstairs followed by weights in the downstairs studio. Just like OTF and Barry’s, treadmill workout was a mix of speed and inclines so perfect if you love cardio workout! This is a good starter class for ClassPass members that would like to sign up for Barry’s but are intimated.

Love that Kaella gives a demo for every move instead of just calling out the workout name. She’s also careful to instruct about form! Find her on IG. inspirational!!

    High Fitness [All Levels]

This class is welcoming for all body types and movement levels. Chloe also offers modifications if needed and I got a great sweat at the end of class. Chloe has such happy energy, is consistent with each move, and positively pushes us to finish through each song. There were 7 of us in class and we were in the smaller studio opposite of the Drenched class, which was enough room.

    REVOLUTIONS - COMMUNITY CLASS

Ankit was great! I enjoyed being a part of his first class at Uforia and loved his chill but energetic vibes (not screamy, aggressive or boring, dead) and especially loved his dance moves on the floor! He was silly and encouraging and really fun to be part of his class! I’d take his class again!

    IN PERSON: Basic Ballet

Sally’s instruction is good and class pace is manageable. She often gets sequences and foot ordering off so you’ll have to do some thinking on your own there! Or just follow Jo (short black hair, usu on pointe) who is a regular student and knows what’s she’s doing!
