About this studio

Yoga Flow's Union Street location offers heated* Vinyasa flow classes conveniently located near the Marina, Cow Hollow and Nob Hill areas of San Francisco. A short drive from the Financial District and Chinatown, our second-floor studio is surrounded by trees with windows from ceiling to floor and is a haven of peace and mindfulness away from the bustling city outside. *All classes are heated to 85-90 degrees unless otherwise noted on the schedule

How to prepare

This is a vinyasa yoga studio! We have two practice rooms: the large studio is heated to 90 degrees and the small studio is not heated but you will still sweat. Bring a mat and hand towel, mat and water. They also offer these amenities for rent or sale at the studio. Mats are available to rent for $2, towel for $3, bottles of water for $4.

How to get there

We recommend arriving by foot, bus or taxi/Uber/Lyft as street parking is extremely difficult, especially in the evenings and on weekends.
