see all reviewsThis was not only the hardest Barry’s class I’ve ever done, but the hardest workout I’ve ever done. I mean that in a good way - I left feeling so accomplished! Only suggestion would be to avoid 20 sec sprints because it takes awhile for the tread to ramp up and then 5 sec is already gone

see all reviewsGreat class! Loved the time spent on lower body, just wish we did more upper body; so much time on abs and obliques, I feel like some of that time could be allocated to arms/upper body. But the instructor was great; she demonstrated the movements and gave ample time to get prepared for the next exercise while telling and showing you what was coming next.

see all reviewsOne word: amazing!!! This class *truly* gets you into alignment. I learned so much about anatomy; Chadd is incredibly knowledgeable and wise. Not to mention very funny, too! He will have you laughing and simultaneously wincing in pain because of the deep tissue/muscle release—it hurts so good! I would say the class description is spot-on, accurate and aptly written as it really is a form of massage. You’ll leave class feeling transformed and way better than you did when you walked in.

see all reviewsSimilar to Orangetheory Fitness or Barry’s where the class was a combo of treadmill workout upstairs followed by weights in the downstairs studio. Just like OTF and Barry’s, treadmill workout was a mix of speed and inclines so perfect if you love cardio workout! This is a good starter class for ClassPass members that would like to sign up for Barry’s but are intimated.

see all reviewsLoved this class! The instructor was fantastic. Favorite yoga class I’ve taken from any ClassPass studio so far. I appreciated that the instructor continually encouraged folx to listen to their bodies. Also LOVED that there was a solid 10 minutes of stretching/cooldown/savasana, which most yoga classes try to cram into one minute.

Julie's instruction is always top tier 👌🏼 She takes the time to make sure we understand how to do what's coming next, repeats spring changes once we're in the move, gives options for making moves easier or more challenging, and is attentive to clients she knows are taking their first class. She also corrects form which is very important! Love her classes, highly recommend.

see all reviewsTook my 1st class here and it was a fun class! As others commented, you can sense there’s camaraderie b/w coaches and members and all were welcoming. I’m currently with another studio doing HIIT workouts but I came here solely for Team Conditioning to get a good mix of rowing and ski erg along with HIIT workouts. My takeaway is for those that are new to HIIT workouts, it may be better to join the Wed Conditioning class since the Sat one is literally a “team”workout where you’re divided into a team and compete. And all present were competitive!

see all reviewsTony is a fantastic instructor who has a surgeon-like precise attention to form. Even in a class with many students, he makes many individual adjustments. As other have noted, his style of teaching is a unique counterpoint to the typical hippie-dippy "find your center" and "loving kindness" approach to yoga. There is a place for both, but if you want to emphasize improving your physical capabilities, Tony's class has a lot to offer.

see all reviewsThe class was different from other C2 classes, in a good way. It felt a bit more, spiritual perhaps? A little less power yoga and music, and a little more grounding and unique. The instructor was clearly an expert yogi - he had confidence and expertise to effectively lead the class. He did a great job of connecting us to community and with ourselves. I was sad to hear he doesn't normally teach at the Duboce location, I'd definitely take this class again on a day where I'm looking for less vinyasa and more mental grounding and new position challenges.

The person at the front desk was welcoming, Denis immediately introduced himself, and another instructor who was using the space before we got started also introduced himself. The 2 dogs milling around the studio didn't seem to care about me one way or another but I tried not to take it personally. ;) Denis was a great instructor. He knew everyone's name, gave consistent positive feedback, and helped everyone with their form. It was a challenging class but I left feeling accomplished because of the positive environment.
