see all reviewsI loved this class!! The room taped sections of the floor which helps take guesswork out of where to put your mat down. The community seems very close, which is lovely to see. The teacher was fantastic and encouraged us to push as far as we wanted without being pushy. Only warning would be to already have the basics down. And to get ready for a great class!

see all reviewsKundalini yoga has a special place in my life and my heart. It’s a practice that teach you how to listen to your body, how to be kind to your body. At this point, instructor is really important because you don’t follow him/her, you follow your body by synchronizing with your breath. It’s not easy to follow your body suddenly this is why you should feel like home when you are practicing. I want to submit my appreciation for Karen who has such a kind- warm heart. She settles the room to make us feel like home. If you haven’t tried kundalini yoga or somatic, you should definitely try. If you have tried before, you should definitely try with Karen :)

see all reviewsWhat a special first practice with Jenny. I felt so welcomed in her class and appreciated her immediate warmth. Jenny had us do a few modified positions to better understand how the muscles and body connection should feel in more traditional poses, and I have to say, it was a wonderful way to deepen my holds, as well as understand how poses should REALLY feel. I particularly appreciated her attention to hip openers and slowing down towards the end of our practice. I ended up crying in savasana - a clear indication I felt safe in her class & really allowed myself to dig into the mind-body-soul connection. Highly recommend her class!

see all reviewsI really liked this class a lot more than most vinyasa classes I have been to. It was in the style of “power vinyasa”, so it was a bit more physically challenging than most because it included some challenging poses, transitions, long holds, and light calisthenics beyond what I see in most classes. With that said, modifications were suggested and the class was accessible to everyone. The instructor had great kind energy and was very encouraging, and she gave crystal clear explanations of how to perform each pose and make each transition.
