Head to Toe Better Than Foam Rolling

One word: amazing!!! This class *truly* gets you into alignment. I learned so much about anatomy; Chadd is incredibly knowledgeable and wise. Not to mention very funny, too! He will have you laughing and simultaneously wincing in pain because of the deep tissue/muscle release—it hurts so good! I would say the class description is spot-on, accurate and aptly written as it really is a form of massage. You’ll leave class feeling transformed and way better than you did when you walked in.

    Love Flows: Vinyasa

A lot stronger of a class than the last 7 am I went to with Rachel. Rachel isn’t a speed yoga teacher, which likely works better for a lot of people. The poses heated the body better- lots of balance and standing postures. Couldn’t hurt if Rachel could maybe wake herself up bit more before class and get the flow revved up 1-2 songs faster in her playlist. Love the music. Liked the sequencing. Glad I went back.

Similar to Orangetheory Fitness or Barry’s where the class was a combo of treadmill workout upstairs followed by weights in the downstairs studio. Just like OTF and Barry’s, treadmill workout was a mix of speed and inclines so perfect if you love cardio workout! This is a good starter class for ClassPass members that would like to sign up for Barry’s but are intimated.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the quiet Shavasana, without music. These days, so few instructors do that, so the peace was very much appreciated. Loved this class! The instructor was fantastic. Favorite yoga class I’ve taken from any ClassPass studio so far. I appreciated that the instructor continually encouraged folx to listen to their bodies. Also LOVED that there was a solid 10 minutes of stretching/cooldown/savasana, which most yoga classes try to cram into one minute.

Tony is a fantastic instructor who has a surgeon-like precise attention to form. Even in a class with many students, he makes many individual adjustments. As other have noted, his style of teaching is a unique counterpoint to the typical hippie-dippy "find your center" and "loving kindness" approach to yoga. There is a place for both, but if you want to emphasize improving your physical capabilities, Tony's class has a lot to offer.

The class was different from other C2 classes, in a good way. It felt a bit more, spiritual perhaps? A little less power yoga and music, and a little more grounding and unique. The instructor was clearly an expert yogi - he had confidence and expertise to effectively lead the class. He did a great job of connecting us to community and with ourselves. I was sad to hear he doesn't normally teach at the Duboce location, I'd definitely take this class again on a day where I'm looking for less vinyasa and more mental grounding and new position challenges.

Her flows bring a dance-like quality to the class combined with the awesome new tunes and sequences she curates every week…it’s definitely tough and hot but never boring. With her tips and encouragement I have been inspired to return regularly and built strength and flexibility I’ve never had before. Marcela is warm and welcoming for first timers/returning yogis like me because she calls out four levels of each posture very clearly. All Levels IN-STUDIO HYBRID (Vax required)

Nathan is a great instructor. Making sure everyone has proper form before we move on, which means you're holding positions for a long time opening the body. it's a beautiful stretch but also feel sore the next day!

    Sunday Outdoor Yoga

Great instructor! She showed us a lot of cool moves but didn’t pressure us and I felt comfortable going at my own pace. It was also a beautiful day at the park - I felt so refreshed and relaxed after! Will be coming again!

    Outdoor Yoga Class + Meditation

Really enjoyed this outdoor class. Crystal was good at explaining each pose and providing alternatives. I found the poses less strenuous and more focused on stretching, perfect for a less athletic person like me! She walks around playing chimes at the end of class.
