Love Flows: Vinyasa
see all reviewsA lot stronger of a class than the last 7 am I went to with Rachel. Rachel isn’t a speed yoga teacher, which likely works better for a lot of people. The poses heated the body better- lots of balance and standing postures. Couldn’t hurt if Rachel could maybe wake herself up bit more before class and get the flow revved up 1-2 songs faster in her playlist. Love the music. Liked the sequencing. Glad I went back.

This one was a little less challenging than they can be, and I think that’s a great sign of how knowledgeable Amanda is as a teacher. 30% of the class was brand new to yoga, and she made the class available to them with great cues and demos as well as helping folks like me who have done yoga for a while do handstand at the wall.

see all reviewsI was sweating and enjoying the playlist! This is definitely more of a power flow class than a yoga sculpt class, based on taking “yoga sculpt” from 4-5 other studios. I think there were 3 small sections when class veered from vinyasa to sculpt-type exercises. Stephanie was lovely; when she mentioned she teaches a barre class, it made sense with her style.

see all reviewsLove seeing a community-centric yoga spot. The intentions of the community running this are fantastic and I’ve had great classes. One opportunity for improvement lies around manual adjustments. I live that (consented) manual adjustments are offered, though it would probably make sense to check in with people around injuries/ avoid too much force in corrections (which could cause pain or injury). Fantastic place otherwise!
