About this studio

X-CORE is a high intensity, low impact workout that provides cardio and strength training all while toning and sculpting your body. You choose - 40 minutes on our high intensity pilates machines or 30 minutes in X-CLIMB on the VersaClimber. Note: X-CLIMB is available at the Piedmont location only. *Grippy socks are required for ALL X-CORE Pilates classes (we sell these in studio). *Tennis shoes required for ALL X-CLIMB classes **First time clients MUST arrive and check in 10 minutes prior to the start of class. NO EXCEPTIONS. ***For all other returning clients, no admittance into class 5 minutes past the scheduled start time.

Tennis shoes are required for ALL X-CLIMB classes, Please bring a water bottle to class as well. ***For all other returning clients, no admittance into class 5 minutes past the scheduled start time.

What is ClassPass?
