About this studio

We believe workouts should be loud, sweaty and fun. Cycling classes should feel like a party on a bike. Hip Hop should be full of swagger. Getting stronger should mean getting gritty. REVOLUTIONS: a 45 mins dance & music inspired cycle class on our brand new Schwinn bikes. Get ready to sweat becasue we ride against more tension than most. GRIT: A perfect blend of strength and cardio. You'll experience high intensity intervals paired with badass beats to leave you lighter, sweatier, stronger and happier. HIP HOP CLUB: This class pairs progressive choreography with amazing Hip Hop music designed to have you dancing and sweating up a storm and dropping low. No need to have dance experience, this class is open to all levels.

How to prepare

We plan on making you sweat so come sporting your best sweat-friendly gear. We provide towels! Bring your favorite water bottle to fill up at our water station. Cycling shoes with SPD cleats are required for Revolutions. We provide rental shoes for $3. Your first shoe rental is free! Athletic shoes are required for all Dance and GRIT classes. **Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. No admittance into class 5 minutes past the scheduled start time.

How to get there

First time visitors must arrive and check in 10 minutes before the start of class to receive a tour and get properly set up and situated for class. Any first time client who does not arrive 10 minutes early will NOT be admitted into class. ***For all other returning clients, no admittance into class 5 minutes past the scheduled start time.

Great class!
DANCE: HIP HOP with Olivia
I think its poor taste and a dishonest business practice to overbook a class, and then keep splitting the class into two groups throughout so that everyone has space to do the moves. If everyone who paid for the class doesnt have space to participate for the entirety of the class, its over capacity. That being said, I sweat more than usual and liked the choreography.

Great instructor!!I loved her music and the workout overall, it was perfect (challenging, amazing music, fun). The only comments I have are that I wish the weight section was more comprehensive to cover the entire upper body (ie. it was focused on biceps and shoulders, we didn't really do much for triceps and other areas). Also, the class start time was actually 5:45pm, even though classpass said 5:30pm which left me confused at the beginning. Otherwise, this instructor was one of my favorites if not my favorite I have had at this studio!

the instructor spent too much time lecturing between songs. didnt like the music choice. wish the instructor had been more upbeat, c between that and the lectures it wasn't very motivating compared to other revolutions classes.
