About this studio

Welcome to Tribe SF- Fitness and Yoga. Founded by three passionate fitness professionals dedicated to complete fitness and wellness. Tribe SF is a lifestyle that will transform you and your fitness. Tribe SF encompasses complete health and wellness - a term coined by its founders to describe an all-around wellness approach to life and fitness. Its modality goes beyond a single form of training by emphasizing a balance of the mind, body and spirit. It does this through utilizing yoga concepts to enhance traditional fitness training programs like strength, conditioning, rowing and core. Tribe SF offers Strength and Conditioning, Rowing, HIIT, Yoga, and Meditation classes all in the same boutique space.

How to prepare

Please come a few minutes early to get checked in and get ready for your class. The studio has showers, cubby space for clothes and towels for class. Enter the classroom at the time of class, not before and do not bring bags or personal items into the studio, (valuables are ok, phone, computer) No open containers. If you need a mat for yoga or shower towel they are $2 each. Bring water or it can be purchased for $2 as well. We do not provide cups. Please tell the instructor if you have any special needs!

How to get there

Tribe SF is on the corner of Kearny and Columbus @ 222 Columbus Ave. To enter the building and studio enter the code sent in your welcome email (do not press pound), open the door, and the studio is to the left and downstairs. Please do not share this building code with others. Come on down, check in, make a new friend and get ready in the locker rooms or relax in our lounge area. There is plenty of street parking and a garage lot for $4 per hour at 170 Columbus Ave. as well.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
