Reactivated an injury that informed her of by pressing on my hips in childs pose.

Instructor was technical and that's great, but she lacked warmth. She did not take the time to introduce herself or ask about injuries, etc. She left immediately following the class end.

Not a typical class. For the first few minutes I thought this is hokey. After 10 Mins into it I got into it. The best part of this class is how much better I am and my body felt when I got out!! Just try it!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
