Good class if you want more of a strength and stretching workout, as there was not a lot of cardio aspect to this class. I'm used to more high intensity workouts, but I still enjoyed and felt I benefited from this class. iIt was a nice supplement to HIIT and bootcamp classes

Great instructor was subbing. This class was quite a bit less intense than Rachel's class (which left me sore for days!) -- that could be good or bad, depending on what you're looking for. :)

Very knowledgeable and kind instructor. You don't sweat much at all but it's a great class in body intelligence and form

Katie is amazing. Some of the best technical support Ive had in a decade of doing Pilates...she really knows her stuff but manages to communicate it in a way that it can actually get into your body. At least that was my experience!

What is ClassPass?
