Mary is absolutely amazing— hands down one of my favorite yoga instructors!

Forewarning, the front desk doesn’t come in till 9am so I didn’t have anyone to tell me where to go or to sign any waivers (my class was at 8am). I just walked around until I found the TRX room. Class was good, not much cardio mixed in which I’ve had at other TRX classes so was a little disappointing from the aspect.

Amazing instruction, great corrections and feedback. I also really enjoyed the pacing and balance between stretching and strengthening. Wonderful class! Somehow this class felt relaxing but also empowering and challenging.

Lots of breath work. Left me feeling rejuvenated.

It was a little distracting with a gym being downstairs but this class was extremely restorative and I learned some postures that I can do at home to help with stress and my thyroid function! I loved that tea was offered at the end.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
