About this studio

The Dailey Method® is a unique combination of ballet barre work, core conditioning, muscle strengthening, yoga and orthopedic exercises. This challenging one-hour barre exercise class effectively strengthens, tones and lengthens the entire body. All movement is controlled and very focused, effective and safe. Proper alignment is their primary focus. Then each set of exercises is followed by a series of active stretches to develop more sculpted and supple muscles. The entire body and mind is constantly working throughout their workout. Through this process one's body, posture and physical awareness will be transformed. 415 720 6562

How to prepare

You must arrive at least 10 minutes early to fill out the required class waiver, otherwise you will not be permitted to participate in class. Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. Preferably not too loose or baggy so teachers are able to see your alignment and form. Socks are required, and you can also purchase their trademark Dailey Method grip socks at the studio.

How to get there

We are located one block east of Good Earth Market in Fairfax on Sir Francis Drake Blvd. We have limited parking onsite next to our building. Otherwise there is plenty of parking available on the streets nearby.

Great class, but the sound was distorted through the speakers. With high treble it was hurting my ears. All about the loud music, but maybe adjust the sound!

The instructor was absolutely wonderful, but I didn’t really feel welcomed by the other women in the class. I know that this isn’t the studio’s fault, but I do think that they could foster a greater sense of community amongst people in their classes. Not sure if I’ll go back to this location, but I loved the workout and really liked the instructor.

What is ClassPass?
