How to prepare

Clients must wear athletic training shoes to G.I.T FIT class. Parking is challenging at noon but a breeze in the evenings. We don't nickel and dime you- we've got towels, mats and water for FREE.

Amy is a great instructor. Knowledgeable, thorough, caring, and in tune with her students’ various needs. Her class is different from week to week, and I always feel it the next day.

What is ClassPass?
