How to prepare

Clients must wear athletic training shoes to G.I.T FIT class. Parking is challenging at noon but a breeze in the evenings. We don't nickel and dime you- we've got towels, mats and water for FREE.

It was great for a Pilates class- good instructor, solid core workout and overall, felt great! You wont necessarily be getting your sweat on but definitely working that body.
AM FIT with Jason
My first time here, Jason was awesome very welcoming and great workout. I loved the effective warm-up and circuits (I was stoked to do. Quick sprint out side (could have done 3-4 more) between sets. The weight stations intervals were right on. Good program and Jason corrected my form in a nice and confident way. I recommend Jason’s class and will be returning again. Overall excellent class got sweaty, and still have energy to tackle the day. Good pacing with quick breaks between some sets????????????

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
