How to prepare

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your first class to complete your online profile, bring a lock for your belongings, and be sure to let the instructor know any special needs for the best experience.

How to get there

The Studiomix entrance is inside the lobby of the 1000 Van Ness Plaza. Enter through the lobby and climb three flights of stairs, a great warm up for your class or workout. Elevator access to the 3rd floor is also available through the lobby.

This class is a mixture of lots of squats & lunges and kind of gyrotonics. The music is pretty repetitive and since you do so many moves so fast in a row it works really well and makes it hard to move after. The gym itself looks very warehouse trendy and empty but cool.

Felt very confusing and disorganized. Not for beginners
TRX Bodyweight Burn with Zack
This class was challenging and targeted a lot of muscles! Zack was a great instructor. He explained things well for the first-timers (myself included), but kept an energetic pace throughout the whole hour. The facilities are very clean and the front desk guy was very nice. I’d definitely go back!

Pushy instructor who does not understand injuries. Absolutely will not come back.

Good workout - Jenne pushes you. Good mix of bag work and other exercises (abs, legs, etc.)

One of the best HIIT workouts I’ve been to! Great workout and a fun class that went by fast, Ben is a great trainer !
Power Yoga with Cecily
Kind of a bootcamp style class, very intense at the expense of proper form and alignment. Instructor even told us we couldn’t drink water during class.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
