Adult Ballet with Cinthia
This class is really fun. Only a few students came today so it was intimate. Great class for beginners as it is slow paced enough for you to learn. I felt comfortable here :) there was a sub and she was very sweet and friendly! She took time after class to help answer my questions and teach me the basics of the arms and feet stances. (Ive never officially learned)! Really appreciated that!
Response from the studio:
So glad you enjoyed the class. Thanks for your review!
KPOP with Phoebe
You won’t work up a sweat, but you will learn some kpop moves. This is much more like an after school club for middle/high schoolers, rather than a professional workout class. Not upbeat (multiple pauses throughout class) or structured (instructor had to stop to rejog her memory a few times, and didn’t teach the moves to rhythm). Some seemed like they had fun, but this wasn’t what I was looking for in a dance workout.
Dancer Body Workout (Dance Based Sculpt & Cardio) with Stephanie
Good work out, several references to ballet positions more than “dance” (I think I had expected a Zumba type class in mind). Would be great help for beginners like me to have instructor fix my form. Overall good exercise to make you sweat!
Response from the studio:
I'm glad you enjoyed the class! I usually try to respect clients' space, and I make up for fewer hands-on adjustments by giving as many verbal cues as I can to help with alignment and form. After attending the class a few times you will get more comfortable with the movements and understand the alignment better.
KPOP with Phoebe
Super fun! Phoebe made learning the moves easy :) everyone was friendly! Being someone who has 0 experience in dancing at all, i still felt comfortable with all the moves!
Response from the studio:
Thanks so much for your review! I'm so glad you had a positive experience!
Dancer Body Workout (Dance Based Sculpt & Cardio) with Cinthia
Loved this class!!! It truly incorporates dancer strengthening techniques with proper starching to keep the muscles limber.
Full Body Conditioning with Matt
Great workout!
Dancer Body Workout (Dance Based Sculpt & Cardio) with Stephanie
Amazing! Enjoyed the smooth hip hop. Excellent pairing to the classic ballet body strengthening workout. ????
Dancer Body Workout (Dance Based Sculpt & Cardio) with Stephanie
This class worked every muscle group, which made it challenging, but fun. The small class size was really nice too.
Full Body Conditioning with Stephanie
It was quite good! Just one more slight thing, if the lecturer paid more attention to check out individuals, it would have been better.
