Beginning Hip Hop with Phoebe
Instructor is very quiet, but nice.
Dancer Body Workout (Dance Based Sculpt & Cardio) with Stephanie
Didn’t feel as welcoming, but overall workout was fine. Majority of the class seemed more geared towards ballet. I was a little bothered by the floor not being briefly wiped down before our class began, as it was a barefoot class and there were students dancing with shoes on right before class began.
Power Vinyasa Yoga with Stephanie
Obe of the best yoga classes I have been to! Perfect pace, awesome exercises, will definitely be back here!
Stretch + Restore with Stephanie
As a beginner, I felt very comfortable and left with legs feeling refreshed. Much needed after leg day
Full Body Conditioning with Matt

Dancer Body Workout (Dance Based Sculpt & Cardio) with Stephanie
Good and easy class to follow. Maybe instructor can go around and correct the form of the students, wasnt sure if I was doing it correctly.
Full Body Conditioning with Matt
Amazing!!
Stretch + Restore with Stephanie
trainer did not give any attention to detail when it comes to form. more like she was working out and we were simply following along.
Response from the studio:
I'm sorry this was your experience. I do watch students' forms and usually only intervene if I see something unsafe. I do my best to give a well rounded class, and I give as many verbal cues as possible. You may be looking for an instructor who gives more hands-on adjustments. I hope you find a class that meets your needs.
