Beginner Yoga
Beautiful class, very relaxing for both body and mind. Definitely would recommend to everyone who wants a peaceful Sunday morning.
All-Levels Yoga
Very traditional yoga.
All-Levels Yoga
This is my absolute favorite yoga studio in SF. It is lovely and welcoming and has so much heart. Highly recommend
Gentle Yoga
Gentle Yoga was very basic, and perhaps a good intro to the practice of yoga for first timers. Dont expect to break a sweat.
All-Levels Yoga
To say this class was AMAZING is seriously an understatement. I have never felt so good after a yoga class. It was welcoming, challenging and relaxing with a lot of great breathing exercises.I just found this little gem on ClassPass tonight and will definitely be going back. They even have an ayervedic cooking class this weekend and offer ayervedic massage. What a little diamond in the ruff!!
All-Levels Yoga
Not what I expected but actually a very nice class. 90 minute class. Some chanting, about 20 minutes of breathing exercises, 15 minutes savasana at the end with some relaxation and meditation and chanting. I guess its more focused on the spiritual philosophy rather than the physical practice. Different but good.
All-Levels Yoga
I wasnt familiar with this style of yoga but was pleasantly surprised by the routine. A definite challenge for everyone but especially for beginners.
All-Levels Yoga
Mainly meditation and relaxation with some different breathing techniques.
All-Levels Yoga
Definitely an eastern, authentic yoga class (vs western "yoga")
All-Levels Yoga
Sivananda yoga so different style and lots of breath work
