About this studio

The Pure Barre technique is low-impact, protecting your joints by avoiding any bouncing or jumping. Each strength section of the workout is followed by a stretching section in order to create long, lean muscles without bulk. The technique works to defy gravity by tapering everything in and lifting it up! Please be aware classes start on time and clients should arrive 15 minutes early. Doors will lock at the start of class. Socks are required, and water and a hand towel are helpful to have near by!

How to prepare

1. New students please arrive 15 mins early to fill out paperwork, regardless of having been to other Barre Studios 2. We cannot accommodate anyone who is late 3. Come prepared with pants, legging or capris (no shorts), a top that covers your midriff + socks 4. Shoes & cell phones are not allowed in studio 5. Please let the instructor know of any injuries 6. Pregnant students: always consult with your doctor before beginning a new exercise routine and alert your teacher for modifications

How to get there

You MUST arrive at least 15 minutes before class time your first time to our studio as you will not be permitted to participate without filling out the required waiver. There is usually 2 hour parking along the street, but plan extra time if you are planning to drive to our studio. We conveniently located are right next to Starbucks and across from Safeway.

The arrangement of the class is not good , I can’t see what is the Instructor doing and she wasn’t showing lots of positions, I like the class but it would be better if the instructor stand in where everyone can see them.

What is ClassPass?
