Class was easier than i was expecting. I wanted a class that would truly challenge me and I didn’t feel that this class was a challenge.

Definitely sweat, but wasn’t a very difficult class overall. And if you’re hoping to learn boxing or kickboxing technique you won’t find it here.

So fun you don’t even realize you’re working out!
40Works - Pilates with Sairus
A decent class to get some resistance training and a little bit of cardio at the end. Odd mixup of exercises. But really my main concern (as a certified Pilates instructor myself) was the lack of direction for attendees. Poor form on planks for couple folks with no assistance and as far as I could hear (which wasn’t great with loud music and him on the mic) no mention of using our core, pulling in belly button etc.. to stabilize. Those things to me are a concern for safety for other folks as well as the absolute fundamentals of Pilates. Not sure what the model is for Pilates proworks
