Small studio and class size. Teacher was attentive.

Cozy modern studio with plenty of nice clean props, good heat and lighting. Eunice’s Deep Relaxation w/Reiki class felt very restorative. Will definitely go back.

Perfect class for all levels and slowing it down while engaging the core.

Mindful Vin/Yin with Diana
Love love love this class. It’s not a complete workout so if that’s what you’re looking for this class won’t be for you. The first part of the class is vinyasa, but nothing too challenging. This part of the class is to help warm the body and get blood flowing. Then the second half if relaxing yin poses which are held for extended periods of time raging from 3-5 mins. I would absolutely recommend this class to anyone.
