About this studio

Kinstretch is a movement enhancement system that develops maximum body control, flexibility, and USABLE ranges of motion. It was born out of scientific research. All of the movements and training techniques have been selected based on a meticulous and rigorous investigation of evidence, conducted by physical conditioning and medical experts, as it pertains to body control, injury prevention, joint health, and physical longevity. Unlike many other training systems, Kinstretch, teaches you to monitor your own body for dysfunction that may be causing pain, loss of performance, or other issues. Participants will learn self-assessment tools for discovering one's own joint limitations and what to prioritize for reaching your goals or reducing injury risk.

walked into class feeling g super stuff and sore and a little grumpy about it, and was greated quickly and kindly by Mel the instructor. care was taken to explain the why's of each exercise. by the end of the class I was feeling so much looser and my body felt almost slinky as I walked. really interesting technique! the studios entrance is on Diamond.

Alexei was welcoming and very helpful. He showed me the studio and explained what kinstretch was before we started. He provided great instructions, even about doing this regularly at home. It's a focused intense way to achieve more mobility and flexibility. You can work up a sweat if you're doing it right, which takes a lot of concentration when starting out. Studio is very new and still some construction to build out. I'd recommend wearing layers and socks until the space is fully built out as it's open to an outdoor area.

What is ClassPass?
