This beautiful Berkeley yoga studio offers yoga for everyone. Try their power vinyasa or ashtanga for a stronger practice or their restorative and noon flow classes for a more relaxing experience.

How to prepare

The studio provides rental mats for a $2 rental fee. All mat rental proceeds are donated quarterly to a local charity as part of Namaste's ongoing SEVA program.

Wow.... this was my first time at the studio and I am thoroughly impressed. Anj was phenomenal, such warm encouraging energy I actually cried when we sang at the beginning as I felt a huge pressure release. I can’t RECOMMEND this instructor and class enough!!!

Anne is very sincere and encouraging. The class is best suited to those who enjoy chanting and New Age spirituality as an integral part of their practice.
Hatha Flow with Abby
Abby is a good instructor and I benefitted from this class. However, be forewarned: this is a long class but a large part of it is devoted to hearing about the energies and impact of our current lunar cycle. This is not my cup of tea, but I still overall enjoyed the class because I was challenged and felt that mental/physical yoga release feeling that is why we all attend classes.

What is ClassPass?
