Really really good yoga sequence. Walked away feeling renewed and excited about my yoga journey. Talented instructor!

I typically come here when I want to use the sauna and steam room (which is at least $30 at the Asian spas) and since they no longer offer the drop in gym classes on ClassPass, I attended a class. It was basically like a circuit set up and timed, and not like a boutique fitness class, wish it was a bit more upbeat and intense (this class caters to all ability levels). I dont think the caliber of class is worth the # of points but combined with facilities its pretty good
Pilates Mat with Thalia
Good if youre looking for something slow/low-impact/not too difficult, but was disappointing for me!! Instructor should have people do things for a length of time, not a number, since that leads to either waiting around or doing extra but constantly looking around to not hold the class up, etc. Instructor was nice and made comments on form which was appreciated. Only caveat is that her form when demonstrating push-ups was really bad - elbows waaaay out wide!!!

The average age range of the class was in their 60s and a good portion of the workout felt like jazzercise.
LiveFit Athletic Conditioning with Thalia
Instructor was sweet but this is one of those gym classes (vs studio ones like Ascend or BodyRok). You can pretty much just download exercises from the web & it would be equivalent to this class
