Very much designed for less physically inclined folks

Relaxing, but definitely had me questioning my balance. Put in some harsh workouts earlier in the week, so this is exactly what I needed. Thalia made it great!

LiveFit (HIIT) with Annabelle
I attended the LiveFit class, which was really just a circuit class. There were 10 stations, 1 minute each, 4 times through. It wasnt the most challenging workout Ive ever had but it was still a decent workout. They needed to add in heavier weights. Using 10 pound weights for a shoulder press isnt super effective nor is 20 pounds for a kettlebell swing and sumo squat. Clean, small boutique gym. Locker room was huge and very clean and nice. Maybe the nicest locker room Ive ever been in.

The room is not conducive to a restorative yoga practice. Its noisy with too much traffic and not worth it. The teacher was great at dealing with all the distractions but this was not worth it.

Unfortunately, this wasn't the work out I was looking for. It wasn't very challenging and the pacing was very slow. It's also kind of in an open room off the side of the gym so it's pretty noisy and I found it distracting.

Walter was fantastic. He was attentive, descriptive, mindful, and friendly and I love that he infused mindfulness into our practice.
