About this studio

King's Camps and Fitness provides high-performance adult and youth fitness programs, as well as Obstacle Course Race (OCR) training. For ClassPass guests, take advantage of the Warrior Boot Camp that combines days of High-Intensity Training with days of Strength and Conditioning. High Intensity (M & Th) employs different fitness methods from high-intensity circuits, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), Tabata, anaerobic threshold (AT) conditioning, Sprint Interval Training (SIT,) Rower Interval Training (RIT,) and cardiovascular endurance to keep your body and your mind wanting that next best set. Strength and Conditioning (T & W) ups the demand on your muscles as you tone, strengthen and build functional muscle while increasing your fat burning potential.

How to get there

Located on Industrial Road at the corner of Industrial and Brittan (facing Brittan.) There's plenty of parking just outside of the gym.

I dont think this particular class was worth it. I liked the vibe at the studio but this workout had so many things going on it was hard to focus. The instructor gave feedback but thats because I was super confused! I wish that there was more team building woven into the workout.

Loved that we used larger weights. Usually when I go we use smaller hand weights. I was sore the next day!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
