Boxing
Really good workout. Instructor tried really hard to teach me (a complete beginner) a bunch while maintaining the beat of the class
Muay Thai
Loved it! The trainer was super patient with us being first timers!
Muay Thai
My friends were new, but the instructor was really patient and gave us separate moves for beginners and focused on technique
Boxing
Matt was a great instructor and my partner in class was really helpful and supportive since I was new to boxing
Boxing
Great workout ! We had a small class and it was a great mix of cardio warm up, pad work and body sparring
Muay Thai
Awesome gym, laid back ownership, but still a tough class! Focus is on the workout over technique training, but I suspect thats for the classpass beginners.
Bootcamp
Class was very fun and challenging. Tom is a great instructor and has created a really great boot camp! I will definitely be back
Boxing
Not enough instruction and help for beginners
Boxing
Instructor was awesome!
Muay Thai
Very minimal instruction of technique. Instructor just going through the motions, had another student attempt a head kick during what is supposed to be light sparring. Not a place to improve muay thai skills, first half hour cardio conditioning.
