Matt was a great instructor and my partner in class was really helpful and supportive since I was new to boxing

Great workout ! We had a small class and it was a great mix of cardio warm up, pad work and body sparring

Awesome gym, laid back ownership, but still a tough class! Focus is on the workout over technique training, but I suspect thats for the classpass beginners.

Class was very fun and challenging. Tom is a great instructor and has created a really great boot camp! I will definitely be back

Very minimal instruction of technique. Instructor just going through the motions, had another student attempt a head kick during what is supposed to be light sparring. Not a place to improve muay thai skills, first half hour cardio conditioning.

What is ClassPass?
