How to prepare

Bring your own yoga mat if you have one! Yoga mats are available to rent or purchase at the studio. You are also encouraged to bring a hand towel and bottle of water as the classes are heated.

Vinyasa Flow - All Levels with Nicole
I really liked the class in that I got a really great workout and build up a good sweat. Keep in mind that the first five minutes of the class we’re devoted to reading a passage in a book and then discussing it as a group. Once that was over it was a great class and I got a good sweat on! I liked it but it was certainly different. Also, this class was completely mat to mat.
Deep Yoga with Keri
I really like this studio and this class but there are times where I’m entering the studio and they’ve been burning incense. I have asthma and find that yoga and the breathing techniques have really helped me but when I enter a studio and there is incense smoke everywhere it really aggravates my lungs and causes them to restrict. In this particular class I could not take deep breaths as the smoke was triggering my asthma. I really think this studio should think about stopping that practice and if it is musty in the room try airing it out simply by opening the doors and running fans. Asthma is very common and I can’t be the only person that has had this experience.
Vinyasa Flow - All Levels with Nicole
Nicole is a true pro. Her passion is palpable. This is a great class for all levels. At times relaxing and challenging at others. A great recovery. I’ll be back.
Deep Yoga with Jenna
Deep yoga was a nice balance of movement and meditation. I also loved the space!

Vinyasa Flow - Basics with Misha
Mischa is a true pro. She’s is genuine and her passion for great yoga experience is contagious. This basics class is ideal for any level as Misha reminds us that it’s not about perfection nor is it a performance. I’ll be back.

YIN with Nicole
Love Just Be, but this class didn’t do anything for me. A little irritated that I signed up specifically because I wanted the deep stretch of Yin, but when I got there the instructor said we’d be doing a restorative class. Would have preferred to use my credits elsewhere, especially because I came in tight and sore and left without any difference in my body.

Gentle Flow with Kelli
Kelli’s workouts always get to the parts of my body that need it most today it was my hip flexors. I love her unique take on gentle flow.

What is ClassPass?
