Very good workout today. Be careful about sharing clients personal medical information during the class without their permission, even if the context seems right. I shared my health history and felt a little weird having Anthony tell everyone about it. We're all human and all make mistakes, just a bit of feedback for growth. I'm loving the improvements I'm making and will keep coming back.

Great workout without feeling overwhelmed. Anthony was a patient instructor who took time to correct me as needed (I'm an awkward type of person who generally needs a lot of correcting to perform moves properly). Overall I felt like I got some good strength training in without hurting myself. I highly recommend this class for someone recovering from an injury or looking to learn how to prevent them. The music is great too, and there was a very nice doggo! Smaller, friendly, non-judgmental class.
