Rise and Shine Flow with Danae
This morning class was super intimate and mostly focused on stretching. Super pleasant, but wasn't a great workout for my taste.

Great class. Attentive and inspiring instructor. Im 35-weeks pregnant and appreciated Danas suggestions of prenatal modifications for certain poses.

Great stretch with some strengthening poses. The pace of the class was great and the studio is super clean and calming. Molly is awesome!
L1 Vinyasa Yoga with Julie
Class was exactly as advertised. Julie gave great cues for proper alignments and adjustments, really felt like a proper vinyasa class, albeit a level 1. Wide variety of asanas but nothing too complicated. Challenge for my stamina for sure! Apple Watch said I burned 708 calories. Ill come back next time in town.
