CrossFit Golden Gate is full of strength and fitness junkies who are passionate about CrossFit and training like old time beasts. They live for the sensation of gripping the cold steel bar, the chalky wooden rings and the frayed climbing ropes. They believe that fitness should be fun again, draw inspiration from a wide variety of weightlifting and gymnastics movements and utilize them to build strength and fitness.

Alex was very nice and sweet, but there were no modifications to exercises offered so after swinging a kettlebell close to 80 times I had a horrendous back pain for three days :(

Great coach. Challenging workout. Not the cleanliest gym but that’s to be expected with CrossFit gyms. Would have appreciated a short intro to the gym/ class upon arrival. Will be returning!

Epic class! Bootcamp style with both cardio and weight lifting. Great for all levels, but you can really make this class hard if you want to
CrossFit Lite
Love this class and it’s tough! Bootcamp style class run by a trainer that’s also coaching another CrossFit class at the same time (with ease). Get ready to sweat and push yourself. Michael is amazing and so welcoming

Great workout - but dirty facility and wish they would get some more equipment. There really isn’t enough for everyone.
CrossFit Lite
CrossFit lite is a modified version of the class compared to the membership workout. A bit easier but definitely still challenging. I enjoyed the class and will come back again.

What is ClassPass?
