About this studio

CrossFit Golden Gate is full of strength and fitness junkies who are passionate about CrossFit and training like old time beasts. They live for the sensation of gripping the cold steel bar, the chalky wooden rings and the frayed climbing ropes. They believe that fitness should be fun again, draw inspiration from a wide variety of weightlifting and gymnastics movements and utilize them to build strength and fitness.

Aleks is legit. This class name is misleading - its full body and very tough. One of my faves in the Polk / Pac Heights area

Q took the time to correct my form and make modifications and give me a nice intro to lifting and Im someone who never lifts and had never tried CrossFit!

Nice teacher. Good workout. Definitely was on the liter side of CrossFit but I liked it still

I like this class with Katie. The only thing that I don't really like is it's not timed, so there is a list of the workout and you go through it at your own fastest pace. The only issue with that is you have to remember maybe 8 - 10 different workouts. I never really remember more then 3 at a time so there is a lot of time looking at the board. If they changed that the class would be great.

What is ClassPass?
