CrossFit Golden Gate is full of strength and fitness junkies who are passionate about CrossFit and training like old time beasts. They live for the sensation of gripping the cold steel bar, the chalky wooden rings and the frayed climbing ropes. They believe that fitness should be fun again, draw inspiration from a wide variety of weightlifting and gymnastics movements and utilize them to build strength and fitness.

CrossFit Lite
Nice teacher. Good workout. Definitely was on the liter side of CrossFit but I liked it still

I like this class with Katie. The only thing that I don't really like is it's not timed, so there is a list of the workout and you go through it at your own fastest pace. The only issue with that is you have to remember maybe 8 - 10 different workouts. I never really remember more then 3 at a time so there is a lot of time looking at the board. If they changed that the class would be great.

Great to have a Crossfit style workout in classpass!

Great workout, mostly weights and calisthenics like lunges, squads, and hip dips. Was sore for 3 days!

This was a side workout to the actual crossfit class- same instructor but modified workout, which left the 2 of us doing the lite workout with a lot of down time

Rather a boring class, 12 min of 2 exercises x 2, then 20 mins of 4 exercises on repeat. You can do that by yourself at home. Long intervals and not much action.

What is ClassPass?
