Circus Center offers classes for every level of ability in flying trapeze, aerial arts, acrobatics, contortion, juggling and many other disciplines. They are a vibrant hub of the circus community on the West Coast. Their entry-level classes are perfect for beginners. Improve your fitness with stretching and conditioning, or dive right in to flying trapeze, handstands, acrobatics, trampoline, and more. You’ll get personal attention from our expert instructors and a solid foundation in the circus arts - not to mention have a whole lot of fun along the way.

How to get there

Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early before your class. If you are more than 15 minutes late to any class, you will not be accepted into the class.

Great class!
Stretching with Michelle
I liked having a chance to do structured active stretching. (For anyone looking for something restorative, as the class description mentions, this isn't a restorative class.) Some of the instructions seemed a bit unclear (I never really get "external/internal rotation" as a cue but that's just me) but other than that I liked the class.
Intro to Acrobatics with Lin
This was supposed to be an intro class, but there was really no instruction, the instructor just called out different things and everyone who had previously attended and seemed to know what to do, but as a newcomer it was intimidating.

Awesome instruction and spot!

Such an awesome class! Carrie was so sweet about helping with corrections/getting more out of each stretch. I really appreciated her patience~ not to mention, she’s super knowledgeable about every stretch we worked on and the best way to do if for your body. Great class overall!

Fun to do with a group! There were 3 other beginners in our class as well and we all cheered each other on. I wish it was a bit more structured though! Seems like we were all doing different things since we were running out of time

What is ClassPass?

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
