This class was really fun and challenging. Great for arms, core and balance. The teacher was so incredibly nice and was ready to help at any time with helpful tips and guidance.
Bending Backwards with Jim
Jim is great!
Stretching with Ash
Ash was great! My first time taking this class; some stretches were a challenge, but it it's all a process. Definitely appropriate for all levels.

Aerial Conditioning: Level 1 with Miriam
Amazing class!!
Intro to Mixed Aerials with Elena
Interesting and fast-paced way to try beginner aerials... only 1 other woman (of 5 total) had never attended the aerial class like me. 2 women had been going for 1+ years, and the 3rd woman estimated attending for a month. Elena did a pretty good job working with each student and differentiating the exercises. Her teaching style took some getting used to (verbal and nonverbal communication). I mentioned a mild toe injury and she replied by asking if I rock-climbed or had done Pilates... then said the class was physical. She broke down most steps, and modeled most actions, but sometimes appeared bothered or impatient, as indicated when she rolled her eyes or gave verbal and physical feedback. She tried to give a mix of encouragement and criticism. Overall, I left the class feeling positive about it.
