How to prepare

If this is your first time at Burn S.F., please arrive dressed and ready to go 15 minutes before the advertised class start time in order to receive springboard orientation! If you are not there and ready 15 minutes before, you will not be permitted to participate! If you are late to class, your spot may be given to someone on our waitlist. Bring a yoga mat for all yoga classes!

Hands down Lee is the best instructor here! Super enthusiastic and engaging, and most importantly he points out how to do the exercise properly multiple times, is constantly correcting and checking on you to ensure you're working the right muscles.
