How to prepare

Fuel up an hour or more before and be well hydrated, wear exercise attire and shoes. In addition, please sign in at the self-service kiosk at the front desk using the same phone number or email address that you use for your ClassPass account (don't create an account as ClassPass automatically creates an account for you at our gym). Body Strength with Edgar
After not working out regularly, this class was really hard. Edgar was attentive and helped instruct you how to do each exercise if you were new. The atmosphere was good and the workout kicked my butt. I would work out here again.

Ro is so nice and helpful! I lost my phone and she helped me find it! Besides she is professional in the class!

Great, hard, sweaty class! Jeremy is a super nice guy, paid really close attention to everyone (there were six of us), correcting form and encouraging us to push ourselves. The gym is intimate and clean, nice community feeling. I will be sore tomorrow!!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
