Instructor unfortunately seemed to be ad-libbing the class without any structure. I got a sweat on, but it was confusing and meandering.

I always compare every functional training class to F45. This was more disorganized, less competitive, and would be tricky if you’ve never consistently done functional training. The exercises are just written on the whiteboard. It was a fun and upbeat environment and I got a great sweat on, but wasn’t my favorite class ever.

What is ClassPass?
