Instructor was really motivating

Probably not the right level for someone thats starting out with weight lifting. Class environment can be intimidating.

Good workout, the AstroTurf surface is kinda gross/dirty though, would be better with mats you can wipe down.
Body Conditioning with Randall
This class was really fun! The exercises were challenging, yet easy to understand how to do them correctly, which is helpful for any class, but especially more high impact ones. Looking forward to coming back!

The class was fine and I broke a good sweat but the music was awful. Eminem and Tupac were not getting anyone into workout mode.

Denise was amazing... class was a little bit hard for me but it was a good challenge.

Josh is solid, workout was good, challenging but not too hard, probably want to be in decent shape before going. Gym has very low quality equipment

The space is very small and it might feel a bit awkward at first, but this class utilizes every inch to give a good high intensity workout! Denis is encouraging, attentive and makes sure everyone has the correct form.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on.
