Tiny class (which was great) where we were partnered up, which helped keep everyone motivated. Randall was a clear instructor, gave great demos, and was overall friendly and encouraging. Already feel sore!

Thought the class was ok. The instructor wasnt too diligent with correcting form. Also, the turf area where we worked out seemed rather dirty - and one of the other instructors had his dog running around the gym.

First time at Body Mechanix and loved it! Denis was an awesome instructor. Hes super encouraging and challenges you while making sure you have the correct form. The class is a great mix of cardio and strength training and is definitely a full-body workout. Will be back :)

We did a 15min warmup, then 35min of dead lifts and crunches. Could've done that at home without an instructor...
