The space is very small and it might feel a bit awkward at first, but this class utilizes every inch to give a good high intensity workout! Denis is encouraging, attentive and makes sure everyone has the correct form.

Good class! Wasn't a HIIT class like I've had before, but it was well instructed and was organized. Rani clearly explained the workout and assisted throughout. He had great energy and enthusiasm.

What is ClassPass?
